4. OPERATION

The temperature of the refrigerated area and the operating cycle of the refrigerating unit may fluctuate. They depend
on many factors, such as the quantity and the temperature of products as well as the ambient temperature.
The device should be placed in a dry, well ventilated place not exposed to sunlight, ensuring good air exchange (the
distance between the wall and the device min. 10 cm) away from heat sources and devices that enforce air flow
(ceiling fans and portable blast heaters ). The device functions properly in an environment where the temperature is
in the appropriate climate class stated on the rating plate. Operation of this device may deteriorate if for a longer time
it functions at temperatures higher or lower in relation to the specified range.
Notes and guidelines
• You should properly level the display case, which will prevent noisy operation and ensure proper drainage of
water (condensate) during defrosting.
• Once the device has been transported to its destination, wait about 2 hours before turning it on.
• First fill of the refrigerated space should be carried out after its cooling down to operating temperature. This
principle should also be observed after a long break in service.
• Do not block any vents, as it could hinder the circulation of cooled air. You should also ensure proper airflow
around the device (in no case can you cover the vents of the unit
• Please ensure even load of shelves, do not exceed their maximum load.
• Keep the condenser clean. Impurities can cause the compressor to overheat and ultimately lead to failure of
the device, which is not covered under warranty.
• Do not use electrical appliances inside the chamber for storing food products.
• Avoid unnecessary opening of doors and leaving them open for a long time.

4.1. Control of temperature

The primary task of the thermostat is to control the refrigerating unit so as to obtain the desired temperature inside the
device and keep it within certain ranges. All temperature control settings necessary for normal functioning of the device
are made by the manufacturer. Before the first use of the device the user should check and possibly set on the panel the
desired temperature inside the device.
Digital display – displays the current temperature inside the device.
Any interference with the factory settings of the thermostat will result in the warranty becoming void!

4.2. Control of humidity

The humidistat controls the humidity, when the
temperature inside the display case is in the ran-
ge from 10˚C to 15°C. By turning the control knob
on the humidistat and setting it in the correct posi-
tion you will set the desired air humidity in the di-
splay case ranging from 30 to 80% Fig. 10 (page
18). Rotating the knob clockwise reduces the set
humidity, while turning it in the opposite direction,
increases it. Turning the knob to the left, to the
end position turns off the humidistat, despite the
power being on.
