1. UNLOADING
The device should be transported in a vertical position, properly secured and packed. The manufacturer sends the device
properly secured and packed.
2. PROPERTIES OF THE DEVICE
2.1. Purpose
The "Gastroline Cube" display case is a universal refrigerating device intended for display and short-term storage of
confectionary products: cakes, pastry, cookies, desserts, etc. in temperatures +5˚C/+15˚C at the ambient temperature of
+15˚C/+25˚C and relative air humidity up to 60%.
2.2. Description of the device
The "Gastroline Cube" display case has a dynamic cooling system. It is equipped with automatic a condensate evapora-
tion system and an automatic defroster. It is also equipped with an electronic thermostat with an optional operation mode
with a temperature registration module that allows for registering and signaling of excessive and too low temperature in
the device. The display cases can be connected in series and can run on an internal ("-mod A") or external ("-mod C")
refrigerating unit. In the temperature range from +10˚C/+15˚C air humidity can be controlled from 30% to 80%. The display
part contains glass shelves mounted in a rack. The display shelves are adjustable in terms of their height and angle of mo-
unting. The display case uses energy-saving LED lighting. "Igloo" devices are made based on state-of-the-art technology
and are certified by legally required certificates.
