1 – Lid with separate grilling surface and height con-
trol feature.
2 – Metal handle with thermally insulated
grip – for opening and closing the lid.
3 – Timer dial (TIME) – set the desired grilling
time to get an acoustic signal, when the grilling time
has elapsed. The timer will automatically switch off
the heating elements.
– Power indicator – shows, whether the appli-
ance is live and/or operating.
4 – Temperature control dial (TEMP) – for
selecting the desired grilling temperature.
– Ready indicator – indicates, whether the set
temperature is reached.
5 – Housing in anodized aluminium
6 – Plate release buttons – press these buttons
to disassemble the grilling plates of the lid and base
for cleaning.
– Effortless removable grilling plates on
base and lid – with durable high quality non-stick coa-
ting, dishwasher-safe.

7 – Height control clip – for adjusting the lid to
the thickness of your food and locking the lid to the
base for moving the appliance.
8 – Hinge release button – press here for fol-
ding back the lid to the 180° flat position, thus get-
ting a second, separate grilling area.
Drip spouts on each grilling plate.
Removable drip tray – for collecting juices duri-
ng grilling. Simply pull it out for easy emptying and
cleaning.
Cord storage – for storing the appliance, wrap the
power cord around the support.
Cleaning tool with scraper for the grilling
surfaces.
