Your new ›Design BBQ Pro‹ is a compact and straightforward contact grill in an
appealing design. To cook your food especially quickly and evenly without the
need of extremely high temperature settings, you can close the heated lid during
operation. Via the height control feature the lid can be held in the correct position to
avoid squashing your food. On the other hand, you can keep the lid open, if you
wish to heat your dishes at one side only. Thus, not only steaks and sausages can
be grilled perfectly, but even open sandwiches, small pizzas, thickly filled Burgers
and baguettes are simply prepared. For always getting the best results, the cooking
temperature is continuously variable. Even for preparing larger amounts or keeping
the flavours of different types of food separated, the ›Design BBQ Pro‹ will not have
to pass. Just fold back the lid by 180° and use the lid as an additional, separate
grilling area.
Due to the high-quality non-stick coating you can prepare your food without any addi-
tional fat. This way of cooking complies with the criteria of modern diet. Additionally,
cleaning the removable grilling plate is a child's play.
