Cause
Humidity and temperature outside the
range permitted for the calibration.
Impermissible temperature or humidity
variation during calibration. Tempera-
ture and humidity equilibrium not reach-
ed yet.
Serious EMV interferences in the range
of the measuring instrument during the
calibration.
Although the stable value analysis is still
running, the <Stable> key has been
pressed.
CPU defective.
Proceed as follows:
Error in the RAM
Error in the firmware.
Note: If this error occurs only once, it
may also have been caused by an ex-
tremely strong EMV interference.
The maximum measuring time that can
be displayed has been exceeded.
Remedy
Check that the humidity standard is in
order. Try to carry out a basic calibration
according to chapter 5.3.3. Replace sen-
sor if possible.
Bring the temperature into the permitted
range (15...30°C), and repeat the cali-
bration.
Await temperature and humidity equilib-
rium and test calibration again.
Remove source of EMV interference.
Wait until the stable value analysis has
been completed.
Contact your Novasina representative.
Error in EEPROM.
1. Switch off the instrument.
2. Press the <Stable>, <Actual> and
<Start> keys simultaneously and
switch on the instrument.
3. This display appears.
Reset user EEPR?
YES ~NO
Select "YES". The calibration values
of all the humidity reference points
are deleted and all the settings are
reset to the factory settings.
4. Configure and calibrate the instru-
ment according to chapter 5.
Switch off the instrument, then back on
again. If the error occurs again, contact
your Novasina representative.
Establish the operation in which the
error occurs. Switch off the instrument,
then back on again, and note the error
text and the software version.
Contact your Novasina representative
and give him the above information.
