Kalibrierung für RO TDS Monitor 8533
Der TUNZE RO TDS Monitor 8533 kann mit der
®
TUNZE Eichlösung 7005.14 600 µS geeicht
®
werden. Diese Eichlösung sollte ein Messergebnis
von ungefähr 300 ppm TDS (Anteil an gelösten
Feststoffen) ergeben.
Durch Eindrücken des Verriegelungsringes (1) am
T-Stück die Messfühler entfernen.
Die Messfühler in destilliertem Wasser oder in
Umkehrosmosewasser ausspülen und mit einem
weichen Tuch abtrocknen.
Den mit „IN" (rot) markierten Messfühler in die
Eichlösung eintauchen. Die Einschalttaste drücken
und sicherstellen, dass die grüne LED-Anzeige über
„IN" leuchtet. Wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, den mit „IN"
markierten grauen Druckknopf auf dem Bedienfeld
drücken. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Messergebnis
ungefähr 300 ppm beträgt. Eine Abweichung von
bis zu 10 ppm ist in der Regel bedeutungslos und
sollte ignoriert werden. Wenn das Messergebnis
eine Abweichung von mehr als 10 ppm ergibt sollte
eine Kalibrierung vorgenommen werden.

The TUNZE RO TDS Monitor 8533 can be

calibrated using TUNZE Calibration solution
®
7005.14 600µS. This solution should give a reading
of roughly 300 ppm TDS.
Remove the probes from the T fittings by pressing
down the release collars (1).
Rinse the probes in distilled or reverse osmosis
water and dry them with a soft cloth.
Insert the probe labeled „IN" (red) into a fresh
bottle of the calibration solution. Press the power
on button and check that the green LED over „IN"
is illuminated. If not, press the grey button on
the panel labeled „IN". Check that the reading is
approximately 300 ppm. A deviation of up to 10 ppm
is generally inconsequential and should be ignored.

Introduisez le capteur „IN" (rouge) dans la solution
étalon. Enclenchez la mesure en appuyant sur la
touche et vérifiez que la LED verte „IN" soit bien
en fonction. Dans le cas contraire, appuyez sur la
touche grise „IN". La mesure doit se stabiliser à
environ 300 ppm, une différence jusqu'à 10 ppm
reste insignifiante et pourra être ignorée. Si la
mesure dépasse une différence de plus de 10 ppm,
il sera nécessaire d'entreprendre un calibrage de
l'appareil.
