This symbol informs the user about potential hazards or damage when using this
instrument.
• NEVER expose the instrument to rain or moisture!
• Use only a dry cloth to clean the instrument.
• Always use the protective case and protective cover supplied.
• Carefully read all the instructions before starting to use the instrument.
• The neck strap can lead to strangulation; hang the strap round your neck only when standing
on solid non-slip ground.
• Never dismantle the instrument or touch any internal components; doing so invalidates the
warranty and exposes the user the risk of electric shock.
"If the instrument is used in ways other than those speci ed by the manufacturer,
• Do not use batteries, power supply unit and in-car charger cable other than those supplied,
since the use of other batteries/cables can damage the instrument, thereby invalidating
the guarantee/warranty creating the risk of electric shock. Spare batteries are obtainable
