Care

Use a soft, clean cloth for cleaning the unit. Do not use any solvents.

Maintenance

A lithium-ion battery has only a limited service life. When the operating time of
a unit with a fully charged battery has become clearly shorter, the battery must
be replaced.
There are no user-serviceable parts inside the handset, the charging station
and the plug-in power supply unit. Opening these units and any interventions
into the units are allowed only to authorised service personnel.

Ambient conditions

Your handset is equipped with a sturdy housing, is shockproof and water-pro-
tected.
Nevertheless, protect your unit against wetness, strong heat (e.g. solar radia-
tion behind glass) and dirt.
ATTENTION
The handsets are protected against water jets and dust-proof.
However, there is some type of dirt which is difficult to be remo-
ved from the housing.
For example waste filings of iron stucked to the housing because of
the loudspeaker magnet or pasty materials like grease or cream which
may clog the openings of the microphone and the earpiece.
