It may be possible that some paints are fed in quicker if
the on/off switch is briefly set to OFF so the pump can
slow and stop. Turn ON/OFF switch on and off several
times if necessary.
If applicable, the paint must be diluted with solvent as per
the manufacturer instructions.
Clean debris off the intake filter and make sure the intake
pipe is submerged in paint.
Remove inlet fitting. Clean or replace ball and seat.
Inspect suction tube connection for cracks or vacuum
leaks.
Unscrew outlet valve, remove, and clean assembly.
Contact the STORCH Service Hotline
Clear spray tip clog.
Rotate arrow-shaped handle on spray tip so it points for-
ward to SPRAY position.
Strain the paint.
Align pressure regulator setting indicator to desired spray
setting.
Clean or replace filter.
Clean or replace filter.
Replace the tip with a smaller tip.
Replace tip.
Replace gasket and seal.
Clean debris off the intake filter and make sure the intake
pipe is submerged in paint.
Replace the extension lead.
Check for a worn inlet/outlet valve.
- Prime sprayer with paint
- Briefly pull the gun trigger
- When trigger is released, pump should cycle momenta-
rily and stop
- The pump valves may be worn or clogged with debris if
the pump continues to operate
- Clean or replace valves.
Thin material. Follow manufacturers recommendations.
Reduce the hose length.
