2) If you wish to weigh without a container, place the food to be weighed on
the weighing plate
If you wish to weigh the food in a container, place the empty container on
the weighing plate

Adding further items (tare)

To weigh several different substances (e.g. various ingredients for a dough)
in combination, you can set the scales to 0 each time before adding a further
substance.
■ If you wish to reset the scales to "0 g" after the first measurement in order to
measure the next ingredient, touch the tare
"0 g" again and the digit flashes several times. Wait until the number stops
flashing before adding the next ingredients.

Displaying nutritional and energy values

1) Place the food to be weighed on the weighing plate
2) Look up the appropriate code for the food to be weighed from the food list
provided at the end of these instructions.
3) Enter the 3-digit code using the number buttons
