Your provider must support the features "Sending fax and/or email". If this is not the
case, these functions will not be available even if they are activated in the configuration
settings.
Due to the great number of SIM cards and providers on the market, you may receive
the message "WRONG PINCODE ! WAITING FOR DATA..." in the status window in
spite of the SIM PIN being set correctly and the configuration being transmitted
correctly. In this case, take a different provider's card, perform the required changes
to the configuration according to the instructions and test the GSM module again.
If this does not work, use the contact information listed in item 1 of these operating
instructions.
Attention!
Without inserted SIM card (or in case of a wrong PIN), the GSM module will enter
programming mode.
If the PIN is incorrect, the SIM card will be locked after the third failed log-in attempt!
In both cases, the green LED next to the aerial connection will flash quickly (1 second
on / 1 second off). A card locked by the GSM module can only be unlocked in a SIM
lock-free mobile phone with the super PIN (see SIM card documentation). Check the
device configuration and the SIM card inserted in the GSM module.
