f) Fax

You may enter up to 4 fax numbers (FAX) in "General Settings". You have to enter all fax
numbers to which the module is supposed to send a fax. Fax numbers are entered like normal
phone numbers, e.g. "01805312110".

International automatic transfer of faxes may not always be possible due to different
technical situations. Therefore, we recommend only using fax transmission within the
country in which the GSM module is operated.
Do not enter a prefix number here; the module inserts it automatically (see chapter "General
Information on SMS, FAX and EMAIL")! The fax numbers including the prefix number are
limited to 20 digits.

g) Email

You can enter up to 4 e-mail addresses (MAIL) in "General Settings" (e.g.
max.mustermann@conrad.de). You have to enter all email addresses to which the GSM
module is supposed to send an email. Email addresses are limited to 35 digits.
h) Sending an SMS from a Mobile Phone to an Email Address
In order to send a message to an email address, you write an SMS that first states the email
address, followed by a space, and then the text. This SMS must be set to the provider's
gateway number. For example, you will send the SMS: "max.mustermann@conrad.de This is
the message.". With "T-Mobile" as a provider, this message would be sent to the phone number
8000. This function is possible after it is activated by the provider with the SIM card inserted
in the GSM module as well.

i) Sending an SMS from a Mobile Phone to a Fax

Write a normal SMS to send messages to a Fax. When entering the number, you only have
to enter the recipient number (prefix) before the actual fax number
Example: You want to send a fax to 0180/5312110: Write a normal SMS and send it, e.g. for
"e-Plus", to 155101805312110.
With the GSM module, the prefix number for sending a fax only has to be entered on the page
"SIM" and does not have to be entered separately with each fax number: It is automatically set
by the GSM module. This function is possible after it is activated by the provider with the SIM
card inserted in the GSM module as well.
