11.1.3 Replacing the carbon brushes
• If excessive sparks are formed, have an electrician
check the carbon brushes.
m ATTENTION! The carbon brushes must only be
replaced by an electrician.
11.1.4 Replacing the saw blade(Fig. 18, 19, 20, 21)
• Pull out the mains plug. The saw blade (12) must
come to a complete standstill.
• Convert the machine to table operation as described
in the chapter "Conversion from cross-cut mitre
saw" .
• Loosen the screw (47) on the upper saw blade cover
(37) and pull it off the riving knife (38).
• To dismantle the circular saw table (4), loosen the
two screws (48) on the table surface. (Fig. 18)
• Loosen the screws (49) on the left underneath the
circular saw table (4). (Fig. 18)
• Loosen the screw of the holder for the handle (5)
with the Allen key (39) until the grooved connecting
pin is no longer clamped.
• Lift the circular saw table (4) upwards.
• Convert the machine to cross-cut operation as de-
scribed in the chapter "Conversion from circular
table saw to cross-cut mitre saw" .
• Insert the Allen key (29) into the flange screw (50).
• Pull the sawing shaft lock (6) in the direction of the
saw shaft and keep it pressed.
• Slowly turn the Allen key (29) on the flange screw
(50) clockwise. After max. one turn, the saw shaft
lock (6) engages. Continue to hold it down.
• Then loosen the flange screw (50), by applying a
slightly greater force in a clockwise direction.
• Unscrew the flange screw (50) completely and re-
move the outer flange (51).
• Pull the saw blade (12) off the inner flange (52) and
pull it out upwards.
• Carefully clean the flange screw (50), the outer
flange (51) and the inner flange (52).
• Place the new saw blade (12) on the inner flange (52)
• Proceed in reverse order to retighten the saw blade
(12) and the outer flange (51).
• ATTENTION! The cutting surfaces of the teeth
must be aligned towards the front. The arrow
mark on the saw blade (56) must match the ar-
row mark on the housing (57). Both must indi-
cate the same direction of rotation.
• Assemble the saw table (4) in reverse order.

• Reattach the top saw blade cover (37). Fix it loosely
with the screw (47) so that the cover can move and
adapt to the workpiece.
11.2 Cleaning
• Always keep the machine's ventilation slots clear. Dust
and dirt must be removed from the machine regularly.
Cleaning is best done with compressed air or a cloth.
• Do not use corrosive agents for cleaning the plastic.

12. Transport

NOTE
Always transport the machine in table saw mode.
• Pull out the mains plug.
• Set the machine to table saw mode as described in
the chapter "Conversion from cross-cut mitre saw to
circular table saw".
• Take particular care to ensure that the parallel stop
(1) is fitted over the saw blade (12). This prevents the
saw blade (12) from causing injuries.
• Hold the machine on the left and right of the machine
table (9) to lift it.
• Do not lift the machine by the saw table (4).

13. Storage
Store the device and its accessories in a dark, dry and
