Cut the hose (1) to the heat exchanger 80mm from the end
towards the exchanger. Note! Measured on the largest radius. Fit the
heaters upper pipe stub in the hose to the exchanger (2). Adapt the
lower hose (3) so that it can be fitted onto the heater's lower pipe stub.
Split a piece of a hose and fasten this with cable ties around the
heater as protection from the hose (4). Top up with the coolant
specified by the car manufacturer, and bleed the cooling system in
accordance with the car manufacturer's specifications. Check for
leakages.

Den Schlauch (1) zum Wärmetauscher 80mm vom Ende zum
Wärmetauscher durchtrennen. WICHTIG! Gemessen am äußeren

Radius. Den oberen Stutzen des Wärmers im Schlauch zum
Wärmetauscher montieren (2). Den unteren Schlauch (3) anpassen,
so dass er am unteren Stutzen des Wärmers montiert werden kann.
Ein aufgetrenntes Schlauchstück um den Wärmer befestigen, als
Schutz gegen den Schlauch (4). Das Kühlsystem den
Herstellerangaben entsprechend befüllen und entlüften. Auf Dichtheit
prüfen.
