16 Cleaning and care

Important:
– Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions. They can damage the
housing and can cause the product to malfunction.
– Do not submerge the product in water.
1. Disconnect the charging cable from the drone.
2. Let all parts cool down completely.
3. Clean the product with a dry, lint-free cloth.
4. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth for cleaning. Do not rub too firmly in order to avoid scratch marks.

Problem
The drone does not
respond.
The drone cannot
take off.
Not all propellers are
spinning at the same
speed.
The drone cannot fly
after crashing.
The drone drifts to one
side during flight.

Connection between transmitter
and drone is lost.
The battery is empty.
Low battery level
Propellers are not fitted correctly.
Propellers are damaged.
Connection is lost.
Calibration is off.
Trim setting is off.
Remedy
Re-connect the transmitter to the drone.
Recharge the battery.
Recharge the battery.
Fit the propellers correctly.
Replace damaged propellers.
1. Switch the drone off, then switch the remote
control off.
2. Reconnect the remote control and the drone.
Calibrate the drone.
Adjust the trims.
