Information

The PARI TIA nebuliser S is a robust and durable nebuliser with an integrated
interrupter button. This enables intermittent nebulising, which ensures opti-
mum administration of the medicine.
Because of the high proportion of large aerosol droplets it produces (propor-
tion of droplets >5µm: 69.9% to 74.9%), the PARI TIA nebuliser must only be
used for topical inhalation anaesthesia.
The PARI TIA nebuliser S can be used with all PARI compressors that are
currently available commercially (except the PARI BOY Type 037 and the
PARI WALKBOY), and also with the hospital's central compressed air supply
(see Chapter 8.1 "General") in conjunction with the PARI CENTRAL. Please
read and follow the instructions for use with your PARI compressor
and/or PARI accessory.
The manufacturer will be able to tell you whether the PARI TIA nebuliser S
can be used with new PARI compressors that are introduced in the future.
This information will also appear in the instructions for use of the compressor.
PARI GmbH cannot be held liable for damage that is caused by using PARI
nebulisers with other compressors.
PARI GmbH recommends the PARI CENTRAL AIR for connecting to the
central gas supply. If the PARI CENTRAL AIR is used, the operating pressure
necessary for the treatment can be assured.
You must conscientiously follow the general hygiene procedures
when using your nebuliser, e.g., thorough washing of hands or dis-
infection if required.
