1. Remove the slush machine from its packaging.
2. After unpacking, check that all parts are included.
3. Clean the control panel, motor base and evaporator with a soft cloth and allow to dry com-
pletely before use.
4. Wash accessories with warm soapy water. Do not wash the main body.
5. Place the unit on the countertop for at least 2 hours before operating. This allows the re-
frigerant to settle in the condenser for optimal and safe use.
Note:
• All accessories are BPA free. Accessories are dishwasher safe but should NOT be cleaned
with a heat dry cycle.
• Check that the voltage of your home's electrical current is the same as that marked on the
machine's nameplate.
• Recycle all plastic bags to avoid danger to children.
• Keep the packaging for transporting the machine (e.g., for disassembly, repair, etc.).
1. Make sure all parts are completely clean
and that the engine is level on a solid, flat
surface.
2. Install the drain pan under the evaporator
by sliding it into the slots in the rail.
