• When using the oven, there is a risk of burns to your hands. Always use
heat-resistant protective gloves to prevent burns and never place hot ob-
jects on or near combustible surfaces.
• Do not touch any metal parts when the appliance is in operation.
• Never let clothing or other flammable objects come into contact with or
be too close to any burner or hot surface until it has cooled. The fabric
could catch fire, causing serious personal injury.
• The oven remains hot even after the visible flames have gone out. Allow
it to cool for a minimum of 2 hours after you have finished using it. Do not
cover the oven immediately after use and make sure all fire and glowing
embers are gone from the burner before storing.
• Maintenance can only be performed by authorized technicians.
