IV. TROUBLESHOOTING

All tests and other work to be carried out on electrical components should be performed by a suitably
qualified expert. Please contact Kärcher Customer Service in the case of more complex problems.
Problem
Cleaner cannot be started
No or not enough detergent
solution on the floor
Not enough suction or
unsatisfactory vacuuming
results from floor
Inadequate cleaning results Brush contact pressure too low
Brushes have jammed,

Starter key not inserted

Insert starter key and turn to position

hand lever

Turn key switch to position "0", and
disconnect battery plug. Remove
foreign object. Reconnect battery plug,
and turn key switch to position "1"
Reduce contact pressure by means of
hand lever
Repair fault, replace fuse
Check, turn key switch to "0" then back
to "1" again
