Attaching the brush rollers
The brush rollers have already been fitted prior to supply.
Replacing brush rollers – see Chapter "Care and Maintenance".
For the various brush rollers that are available – see Chapter
"Accessories".
Inserting the suction bar
– Insert the suction bar in the suction bar holder and tighten the star
handles. Slide the suction hose onto the connector on the suction
bar.
Selecting the most suitable brushes for the cleaning task
The chapter "Accessories" contains information about the various
scrubbing brushes and cleaning pads, together with application details
that enable the correct selection of the most suitable tool for any
particular cleaning task.
Adding the detergent solution
– A plastic bag for fresh water is hung inside the dirty-water tank. Use
a hose to fill this bag (max. 60 ° C).
Note: Add detergent corresponding to the intended cleaning appli-
cation (see section "Recommended Cleaning Agents").
– Fill the plastic bag up to a maximum of one handbreadth below the lip
of the tank opening.
– Check that the submerged pump is hanging in the plastic bag. Tank
cover must be closed before the unit is started up.
– An appropriate amount of foam-retarding agents can be added.
