Fitting the attachment (17) (Fig. B)
1. Place the attachment (17) on the
guard cover (5) and turn the at-
tachment (17) until it audibly clicks
into place.

1. Release one of the two locks (18)
on the attachment (17) by pushing
the lock (18) outwards.
2. Slide the released lock (18) over
the guard cover (5) until the at-
tachment is removed after half a
turn.

1. Press the button (21) next to the
charge level indicator button (20)
on the battery (22).

The LEDs of the charge level in-
dicator show how much charge re-
mains in the battery.
2. Charge the battery (22) when only
the red LED on the charge level in-
dicator (20) is illuminated.
At the tool
1. The charge level indicator (11)
lights up during operation. If the
charge level indicator does not
light up, press the Unlock button
(13).
The LEDs of the charge level in-
dicator show how much charge re-
mains in the battery.
2. Charge the battery (22) when only
the red LED on the charge level in-
dicator (11) is illuminated.

Notes
• If warm, allow the battery to cool
before charging.
• Do not expose the battery to dir-
ect sunlight for long periods and
do not place it on a radiator (max.
50°C).
Procedure
1. If necessary, remove the battery
(22) from the cordless device.
2. Slide the battery (22) into the char-
ging slot (24) of the charger (23).
3. Plug the charger (23) into an power
outlet.
4. Once charging is complete, dis-
connect the charger (23) from the
mains supply.
5. Pull the battery (22) charging slot
out (24).
