In the event of a fault

Recommended action
Check whether....
1. the device is connected to the mains.
2. all the cables are correctly plugged in. (See pages 4 / 5)
3. the batteries have been inserted incorrectly or are flat. (See pages 4 / 8)
4. the cable or plug shows signs of damage.
5. you have established contact between the radio remote control and the mo-
tor. (See page 8)
6. the power pack has the correct type designation.
Continue to identify the source of the fault.
If the bed system still does not function correctly or there is damage to the
cables and/or plugs, please contact our Customer Service.

Please note:
Replacement parts covered by the warranty are despatched free of charge by post where
these are plug-in components (i.e. manual switch, remote control, power pack, cable). Ex-
tensive malfunctions which are advised after the source of the fault has been identified are
rectified by our Customer Service staff.
Due to the technical design, it is generally not necessary to replace the entire motor
frame. Parts deliveries and services are chargeable when the warranty has expired and are
payable in advance.

Identifying the source of a fault
Proceed as follows:
Press the motion control button on the remote control/manual switch:
Head/back area
Is the motor audible?

switch over to test it.
You will receive a new manual switch/remote con-
trol as a replacement
