each switch input, the volume-flow can be configured via the Helios ELS App
(between 15 and 100 m³/h) (see section „4.2 NFC contact" on page 10).
Last request priority:
Activating a switch input (pressing the corresponding switch) will operate the
fan at the corresponding volume-flow level. When multiple switch inputs are
activated, the last request will be active. When a switch input is turned off, the
fan will operate at the highest volume-flow level among the remaining activated
switch inputs.
7.4 Timer functions
7.4.1 Follow-up-time
The follow-up-time can be configured separately for each level. After activating
a switch input 1, 2 or 3, the respective level is activated or switched to with a
follow-up-time.
If another switch input is activated during an running follow-up-time, the new
level will be activated after the running follow-up-time has ended.
If the new switch input is deactivated during the running follow-up-time, the
fan remains in its previous state.
7.4.2 Switch-on-delay
The switch-on-delay time can be configured separately for each level. After
deactivating a switch input, the corresponding level remains active for the
switch-on-delay time.
If a switch input that is currently not in operation is deactivated, no switch-on-
delay time is activated. If a deactivated switch input is reactivated during the
running switch-on-delay time, the switch-on-delay time is interrupted.
A running switch-on-delay time is ended by a follow-up-time that has ended at
the same time (by another level).
An ended switch-on-delay time will be extended by a running follow-up-time
(switching between levels) to prevent the brief standstill of the fan.
Push button operation is only possible when the follow-up-time is deactivated.
7.4.3 Interval
Interval operation consists of an active time and a pause time. The volu-
me-flow for the active time, as well as the two times, can be configured (see
section „4.2 NFC contact" on page 10).
Interval mode always starts with the pause time (fan off or in basic ventilation).
Interval operation is interrupted by a manual request or a sensor request. After
the interruption, interval operation restarts with the pause time.
7.4.4 Sensor operation
Depending on the type of fan unit, an ELS NFC.. can be equipped with an
internal sensor (F, P, VOC, CO2). There is no switch-on-delay time for a sen-
sor request, except for the P-sensor.
The automatic sensor function can be deactivated by activating a switch input.
To do this, the volume-flow of the switch input must be set to "0" via the App.
The automatic sensor function is deactivated for as long as the switch input is
activated, but for a maximum of 1 hour. To deactivate the automatic sensor
function again after 1 hour has elapsed, the switch input must be deactivated
and then reactivated.
7.4.5 CO2 sensor
The CO2 sensor controls the volume-flow depending on the measured value.
The measured value is displayed in the Helios ELS App.
