The X-Sensewireless interlinked alarms in one multi-pack have a ready been interconnected, and the alarms
in each mu ti-pack have their own independent interlinked network. f you have more than one mu ti-pack,
you will need to connect them al to the same network. Choose one multi-pack asyour base network and
connect the other mu ti-packs to it.
NOTE:Thefollowing instructions regarding wirelessinterconnection are applicableto theX-Sense Link* Proand Link*
wirelessinterlinked alarmsonly.
How
to Interconnect
1. Make sure you on y work with 2 units at a time, and make sure that they are both turned on to ensure
successful
connection.
2. Quick y pressthe test/si ence button on one ofthe 2 units 4 times. The device will say "Suche nach einem
neuen Gerät";the LED will flash green slowly, indicating it has entered pairing mode. Quick y press the
test/silence button on the other unit twice. The device will say, "Bereit zum Verbinden" and the LEDw'
flash green rapid y, indicating it is searching for a device to connect to.
3. After the search is successful, and an interconnected group is created, both units wi say "Verbunden,"
then beep once and automatical y exit the pairing mode.
4 If you want to connect a third a arm to this group, quick y press the test/silence button on either of the 2
previously interconnected units 4 times. hen quicky press the test/si ence button twice on the third
device.
5.To add more units, repeat step 4. Pleasenote that simply press the test/silence button 4 times on any device
in the network and twice on the device you want to add. However, for the XH02-M, you should press its
pairing button located on the back, not the test/silence button on the front.
6.Test the alarms according to the steps in the section "Alarm Test."

NOTES
1.Thealarm will enterthe searchingmodeor the pairing mode for 60 secondswith theLEDflashing red.After 60
seconds, r epeat step2 to connectthe alarms.If needed,pressthe Test/Silence button once while thealarm is in the
searchingmodeor thepairing mode,and theLEDMll stop flashing red and the alarm will quit thepairing mode to
enter normal
status.

How
to Disconnect
Quickly press the Test/SiIence button 4 times, the alarm wil say"Suche nach einem neuen Gerät" and beep
once. Then, hold down the button until it says"Getrennt, jetzt eigenständiges Gerät" and beeps once more
to disconnect. After disconnecting, it can be reconnected to the same network, or added to a new network.
NOTE: T heX-Sense Link' Prowirelessinterlinked alarmsin one multi-pack havealready beeninterconnected.Tocreate
a new network, you will first need to disconnecteachalarm individually in thismulti-pack to avoid having them all
join thesamenetwork.
