withstandardDINEN847-1:2017.
The tool may only be used by
trained,experiencedpeoplewho
know how to handle tools.
Safe working
•Themaximumspeedstatedonthetool
mustnotbeexceeded.Ifindicated,the
speed range must be complied with.
•Circularsawbladeswithcracksinthem
mustbetakenoutofservice(repairisnot
permitted).
•Toolswithvisiblecracksmustnotbeused.
• Tools must be cleaned regularly.
• Tool parts made of light metal alloys,
e.g. resin, may only be cleaned with sol-
ventsthatdonotimpairthemechanical
properties of these materials.
• Tools and tool bodies must be tightened
in such a way that they cannot become
loose during operation. Please note the
information on assembly.
Tighten the clamping screw holding the
sawbladeinplacehand-tightusingthe
enclosedhexkey.
•Extendingaspannerortighteningwiththe
help of hammer blows is not permitted.
• The tightening surfaces on the saw blade
mustbecleanedtoremoveanydirt,
grease, oil and water.
•Useoriginalsparepartsfromthemanu-
facturer to ensure safe use, see the sec-
tion"Spareparts/accessories".

formed by a professional, i.e. a person
withspecialisttrainingandexperience
who is familiar with the design require-
ments and the necessary safety steps.
Cleaning
•Removeanydirt,suchasresin,fromthe
sawbladeusingonlysolventsthatdo
not impair the mechanical properties of
the saw blade.
• Try to clean resinous surfaces with a
damp, lukewarm cloth that has been
wrungoutwell.Makesurethatnoliquids
can get into the interior of the housing!
Alternatively,youcanuseaspecial
cleaner(resinsolvent)ormultispray.
Please take notice of the safety informa-
tionandinstructionsprovidedbythe
manufacturer of the special cleaner/
multispray.
Maintenance
•Checkthesawbladeforobviousdefects
after each use and replace a blunt or
bent blade or one which has been dam-
aged in some other way.
•Maintenanceworkonthesawblades,
such as repair or regrinding, should be
performed by a professional.
Storage
Store the saw blade in a dry and dustproof
location and out of reach of children.
