7. Fit wire roll brake unit
8. Preset the braking action using a
tensioning screw
NOTE! Set the brake so that the
wire spool does not run on after
the end of welding. Do not howe-
ver overtighten the tensioning
screw as the motor may be
overloaded.
9. Open machine case
10. Lay the cable along the wire spool
cover and the housing to the cable
bushing (7)
11. Cut an opening for inserting the cable
in the cable bushing
12. Insert cable and lay in the housing
13. Unplug the Molex-by-pass plug (7)
14. Remove the left hand by-pass cable
using the Molex extraction tool
15. Fit the correct colour connecting cable
to the Molex-plug
