5. Tap out both filters and clean them with
a soft brush if necessary. They can also
be rinsed out with clear water, but they
must be completely dry before they
are assembled!
6. Wipe the dust container and the filter
holder with a damp cloth if necessary
and then dry them or allow them to dry
in the air.
7. When all components are dry, fix the
EPA filter and the metal filter back on
the filter holder in reverse order. With
each filter, make sure that both locking
lugs engage.
8. Insert the filter holder back into the dust
container with the filters first. Make sure
you align it correctly.
9. Place the dust container back onto the
motor unit. The button for releasing the
dust container must be heard to lock
into place.
Cleaning the Motor Unit, Extension
Tube and Nozzles
• Remove hair and fluff from the nozzles
and brushes.
• Wipe down the motor unit (5), the exten-
sion tube (6) and the nozzles (1, 3) with
a damp cloth if necessary. Then wipe
them dry.
Storage
• Store the device and accessories in a
cool, dry place which is protected from
direct sunlight and is out of the reach of
children and animals.
• Hang the motor unit (5) by the hollow
(13) on the wall mounting bracket (2).
The suction opening (21) points down-
wards.

To prevent a deep discharge of the
battery, charge it up every 3 months
if it is not used for a prolonged
period.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the device does not work properly, check
whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved
with the steps below, contact the customer
service department.
Do not attempt to repair an
electrical device yourself!
The device does not start.
The battery is empty.
► Charge up the battery.
The device is connected to the mains power.
► Disconnect the device from the mains
power.
Low suction force.
The battery is weak.
► Charge up the battery.
The dust container is too full.
► Empty the dust container.
The filters are dirty.
► Clean the filters.
The suction opening or the used accessory
is clogged up.
► Switch off the device and remove the
blockage.
The dirt particles are too large or too heavy.
► Switch off the device and remove dirt
particles by hand.
Dust escapes from the device during
cleaning.
The dust container is not closed correctly.
► Close the dust container flap until it is
heard to engage in place.
The filters are not fitted correctly.
► Correct the fit of the filters.
The filters are dirty.
► Clean the filters.
The filters are worn or damaged.
► Replace the filters.
