USE
Please Note!
■ Ensure that there are no larger, sharp
objects on the surface which is to be
cleaned.
■ The device should only be used if it has
been fully and correctly assembled!
The filters must be completely dry,
inserted and must not be damaged!
If dirt were to get inside the motor unit,
this could damage the motor.
■ Empty the dust container regularly and
clean it after every use. Also clean the
filters regularly in order to prevent over-
loading of the motor.
■ Switch off the device after each surface
has been cleaned as this will considera-
bly increase the operating time on each
battery charge.

The device cannot be operated
when it is connected to the mains
power.
1. Attach the accessory you want (see the
"Accessories" chapter).
2. To switch on, press the
for approx. 1 – 2 seconds.
You can press the
switch between the two suction levels.
The set suction level (7) is shown on the
device:
high suction level
low suction level
3. Guide the nozzle over the area to be
cleaned.
4. To switch off the device, briefly press
the
button again.
5. To ensure optimum performance of the
device, empty and if necessary clean
the dust container after every use (see
the "Cleaning and Storing the Device"
chapter).

Please Note!
■ Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning
agents for cleaning. They may damage
the surfaces.

The EPA filter may lose some of its
colour over time. This is normal and
does not have any adverse effect
on function. However, if the filter
or other parts of the device are
damaged or worn, they must be
replaced.
Emptying the Dust Container
1. Take off the extension tube (6) if it is
located on the device.
2. Hold the dust container (15) over an
open dustbin and press the button for
opening the dust container flap (18).
The dust container flap (19) opens
( Picture F) and the dirt drops out.
3. To close it, press the dust container
flap onto the dust container. You must
hear it engage.
Cleaning the Dust Container, Metal
Filter and EPA Filter
1. Press the button for releasing the dust
container (20) and detach the dust
container (15) from the motor unit (5)
(Picture C).
2. Pull the filter holder (14) out of the dust
container.
3. Twist the base of the metal filter (17)
in the direction of the arrow until it is
detached from the filter holder. Then
pull the metal filter off the filter holder.
4. Twist the base of the EPA filter (16) in
the opposite direction to the arrow until
it is detached from the filter holder. Then
pull the EPA filter out of the filter holder.
