Frame with tension rollers

Frame with tension rollers allow to safely
attach whatever sort of vessels and racks
on the shaker platform.
Components frame with tension roller:
▪
4 bolts
▪ 1 box-end spanner
▪ 2 holding bars
▪ 2 tension rollers
➜ Thread 4 ea. bolts in the respective
holes of platform and pull tight with
box-end spanner from hardware bag.
➜ Slip holding bar over bolts and secure
with wing bolts.
➜ Slip tension rollers over holding bars,
push against the vessel to be clamped,
and secure with wing bolts.
➜ Attaching one more row of vessels
requires installation of extra tension
rollers.
➜ Lock tension rollers safely in place and
pull all screws of the universal mount
tight as specified.
