4. Guide the bus cable in the unit to the
fan motor. Guide the bus cable so that
it is not affected by heat sources. Ob-
serve the cable routing for the re-
spective unit size [

1. Disconnect the dummy plug from the
ventilation motor and connect the bus
cable from the condensation hood
[

2. Check the cable routing to the fan mo-
tor. If there is still any cable length re-
maining, pull the bus cable straight and
secure the rest of the cable in the elec-
trical compartment with a cable tie.
Tighten the cable gland.
3. Fix the cable to the rear side of the unit
with the self-adhesive cable holders
supplied.
4. Mount the left side panel of the unit
(Combi-Duo: upper unit).

Only for Combi-Duo superstructures.
With the Combi-Duo kit, the UltraVent
Plus condensation hood can be converted
for Combi-Duo operation.

Connect the additional, longer bus cable
from the Combi-Duo kit to the control
board of the condensation hood and to the
lower unit.

The first bus cable is connected in the
top unit (see
} Connecting the bus
cable).
1. Loosen the 4 screws fixing the touch
protection and remove the touch pro-
tection [

2. Remove the left and right impact filter

09] and the cover to the
electrical compartment [
3. Loosen the 4 screws left and right
front on the inside of the front hood
and remove the front hood from the
condensation hood [
4. Loosen the 4 screws holding the elec-
tronics mount and take out the elec-
tronics mount [
5. On the rear of the condensation hood,
loosen the 4 screws securing the cover
to the electrical compartment and re-
move the cover [
the gasket of the cover for when you
reassemble the hood.
6. Break out one of the holes for feeding
the cable through on the floor in the
rear area of the condensation hood.
7. Feed the bus cable through the hole in
the floor of the condensation hood

8. Plug the bus cable from the add-on for
the Combi-Duo to the free bus inter-
face on the control board

9. Secure the cable connection of the bus
cable in the hole.
