5.2.1 Regulations for electrical connection
General information
The UltraVent Plus condensation hood
n
must be connected to an electrical
supply in line with the valid standards
(VDE).
Before you disconnect the unit from
n
the mains or reconnect it to the mains,
make sure that the unit is switched off
to prevent the UltraVent Plus con-
densation hood from running.
The condensation hood must be fused
n
with a maximum of 16 A by the cus-
tomer.
Notes on the connection cable
The condensation hood must be
n
equipped with a power cable approx-
imately 2 metres long.
A separate power plug must be in-
n
stalled.
If the connection cable needs to be re-
n
placed, use a H05 RN-F 3x1.5 mm
quality cable.
The mains power cable may only be
n
replaced by qualified personnel au-
thorised by the manufacturer.
5.2.2 Connecting the bus cable

The condensation hood is installed on
the unit.
1. Remove the left side panel of the unit
(Combi-Duo: upper unit).
2. Break out the suitable hole for the PG
screw connection above the media
outlets on the rear side of the unit

3. Pass the bus cable through the hole.
