Adhere to the relevant local regula-

tions and standards in your country for
ventilation and extraction of exhaust
air.
Secure the condensation hood against
n
tipping during transport and after set-
ting up at the installation location.
Wear appropriate protective clothing,
n
such as protective gloves and safety
shoes, when transporting and in-
stalling the unit.
Do not flambée under the condensa-
n
tion hood.
If the condensation hood is used at the
n
same time as other units, ensure there
is sufficient ventilation at the setup
location.
If other units with open flue gas out-
n
lets are operated at the setup location,
make sure there is sufficient ventila-
tion to prevent backflow of flue gas
fumes.
2.3 Intended use
The condensation hood is exclusively in-
tended for the ventilation and discharge of
exhaust air in commercial and industrial
kitchens. All other uses are not authorised
for the intended purpose, and are not per-
mitted.
The use of the condensation hood is back-
wards compatible with an adapter kit. Ask
your Service Partner for the appropriate
adapter kit.
