The mask makes it possible to inhale aerosol through the mouth and the nose.
The patient can breathe out through the aperture or the exhalation valve at the bottom end of
the mask without having to take the mask off.
Use the elastic band affixed to the side openings of the mask to secure the mask in position
on the face.
