Allgemeines
Bestellangaben
Symbole in den Bauformenblättern
Die Bauformenblätter enthalten folgende Symbole:
Befestigung
Entlüftung
Ölstand
Ölablass
Ölstand
(keine Kontrollschraube vorhanden)
Ölarmaturen bei R/RF17, R/RF27 und W..20/30:
Bei Stirnradgetrieben R/RF17, R17F, R/RF27 und R27F
ist keine Ölstandskontrolle möglich.
Entlüftung ist nur für die Bauformen V1 / V3 / V5 / V6 /
V15 / V36 vorgesehen.
Entlüftung ist bei W20/30 nicht vorgesehen.
Bestellangaben
Zur genauen Festlegung des Antriebs sind neben der
Angabe der Bauform folgende weitere Bestellangaben
erforderlich:
a)
a) Lage des Klemmenkastens (auch bei

SPIROPLAN -Getriebemotoren anzugeben):
0°, 90°, 180° oder 270°
ohne Angabe wird Normalausführung 0° geliefert.
Ausnahme: Bei R17 DT63 ist Lage 90° nicht mög-
lich.
b) Lage der Kabeleinführung (auch bei

SPIROPLAN -Getriebemotoren anzugeben):
normal, 1, 2, 3
Ausnahme DT63: nur Lage normal und 2
Bei Steckverbindern IS kundenseits frei wählbar.

The mounting position sheets contain the following sym-
bols:
Oil service fittings in R/RF17, R/RF27 and W..20/30:
It is not possible to check the oil level in the R/RF17,
R17F, R/RF27 and R27F units.
A breather plug is only provided for the V1 / V3 / V5 / V6
/ V15 / V36 units.
A breather plug is not available for W20/30.
Ordering data
For precise drive selection, the following information is
required for ordering, in addition to the mounting posi-
tion data:

a) Position of the terminal box (must also be
indicated for SPIROPLAN
0°, 90°, 180° or 270°
Where this is not specified, the standard 0° design
will be delivered.
Exception: On unit R17 DT63, the 90° position is
not possible.

indicated for SPIROPLAN
Normal, 1, 2, 3
Exception DT63: only normal and 2 positions
For IS connectors: according to customer require-
ments.

Les symboles suivants sont utilisés dans les feuilles de
positions de montage :

Perçages d'huile pour R/RF17, R/RF27 et W20/30 :
Sur les réducteurs à engrenages cylindriques R/RF17,
R17F, R/RF27 et R27F , aucun perçage pour le contrôle
d'huile n'est prévu.
L'évent n'est disponible que pour les positions de mon-
tage V1 / V3 / V5 / V6 / V15 / V36.
L'évent n'est pas disponible pour les réducteurs W20/30.
Indications à fournir lors de la
commande
Pour la détermination exacte du réducteur, les don-
nées ci-dessous permettent de compléter l'indication
obligatoire de la position de montage :

a) Position de la boîte à bornes (à indiquer aussi
pour les motoréducteurs SPIROPLAN
0°, 90°, 180° ou 270°
Sans indication, livraison en position 0°.
Sauf pour R17 DT63 : position 90° impossible.
b) Position des entrées de câbles (à indiquer
aussi pour les motoréducteurs SPIROPLAN
normal, 1, 2, 3
Sauf pour DT63 : uniq. positions "normal" et 2
Avec un connecteur IS, le client peut choisir la po-
sition librement.
