• DIP TC H/L on OFF: (Factory programming → → → → → VdS request)
- The TC is present when a voltage of between 3.5 V— and 12 V— (positive
supply) is present at the detector's TC terminal.
- The TC is not present when a voltage of between 0 V⎯ and 1.5 V— is
present at the detector's TC terminal, or when the terminal is not connected.
• DIP TC H/L on ON
- The TC is present when a voltage of between 0 V— and 3.5 V— (positive
supply) is present at the detector's TC terminal, or when the terminal is not
connected.
- The TC is not present when a voltage of between 3.5 V— and 12 V—
(positive supply) is present at the detector's TC terminal.
* The use of TC is indispensable for the alarm memory function.

8.3 TE INPUT (WALK TEST)
This input has two functions but they cannot be used at the same time. It is
therefore possible to activate the Walk Test (coverage test) or the Remote Test,
to be considered as the sensor efficiency and functionality test.
In both cases, the output must receive a command from the intrusion station as
described below.
8.3.1 WALK TEST function (VdS sec.)
This function is reserved specifically for the Walk Test: the function can be
activated only when the system is deactivated (see TC output, point 8.2).
If this function is activated, and after checking inside the protected sector, it
allows – in the event of an alarm – the activation of the ALARM led (even when
not engaged, JP2 activated) and the opening of the relay (regardless of the status
of the TC-R DIP of SW1).
If a general alarm is generated during the Walk Test phase, a masked message
will be issued by the memory involving the fixed ALARM led lighting up (with the
memory engaged through the MEM DIP of SW1).
The memory message is reset by switching the sensor to Walk Test again, for
its conclusion (without recognition), or by precisely regulating the system (by
activating the TC output).
To implement this function it is necessary to switch the TE WT DIP of SW2 to
the OFF position.
8.3.2 REMOTE TEST function
If this is activated and a command is issued by the intrusion station, the two
detection sectors intervene so that general alarm status is assumed and the
alarm relay contacts are opened (with TC-R DIP of SW1 in the ON position). No
visual message appears during the test phase (regardless of the ALARM led
engaged status); nor is the status memory displayed when the test is abandoned
(even if the memory has been engaged).
To implement this function it is necessary to switch the TE WT DIP of SW2 to
the ON position.
