Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Produktlinie ISOMETER® iso175, nachfolgend
ISOMETER® genannt, ist für den Einbau in entsprechend
gekennzeichneten HV-Komponenten von Straßenfahr-
zeugen vorgesehen. Es überwacht dort kontinuierlich
den Isolationswiderstand des HV-Netzes. Je nach Variante
kommuniziert es über CAN (Bender Protokoll, SAE J1939
Protokoll) mit einer übergeordneten Stelle.

Andere Einbauorte im Fahrzeug oder Branchen
wie z. B. Schifffahrt, Bahn, Luft- und Raumfahrt
oder Industrie gelten als nicht bestimmungsge-
mäß.

Das ISOMETER® ist galvanisch mit der HV-
Sammelschiene des Fahrzeuges verbunden. An
den elektronischen Kontakten des HV+ Steckers
und den umliegenden Bauteilen
liegen im eingebauten Zustand
dauerhaft bis zu 1000 V an. Dies gilt
auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand,
d.h. wenn das Gerät nicht mit der
12 V / 24 V Spannungs-versorgung
verbunden ist! Bei dem HV+ Stecker
befindet sich auf dem Gerät daher
ein Warnhinweis.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass vor Einbau und generell bei
Arbeiten an den Anschlüssen des Gerätes die HV-
Anschlüsse (siehe „Anschlussbild") sicher getrennt
sind und eine versehentliche Wiederherstellung
der Verbindung für die Dauer der Arbeiten unter-
bunden ist.

Intended use
The ISOMETER® iso175 product line, called ISOMETER® in
the following, is designed for installation in correspon-
dingly marked HV-components of road vehicles. There it
continuously monitors the insulation resistance of the
HV system. Depending on the specific variant, it commu-
nicates via CAN (Bender protocol, SAE J1939 protocol)
with a higher-level system.

Other installation locations in the vehicle or in
industry sectors such as e. g. the shipping, rail-
road or aerospace industries are considered non-
compliant with the intended use.
