Prescribed Use
The cable tester CT-1 can be used for the control of cable passages,
cable assignments and for the termination of Thin Ethernet (BNC), 10
Base-T (UTP/STP), AT&T 258A, TIA 586 A/B, and Token Ring.
This product is approved for operation with a 9 V DC block battery.
Avoid contact with moisture.

Unfavourable environmental conditions are:
- Wetness or too high an air humidity
- Dust and flammable gases, steam or solvents.
- Storms and stormy conditions such as strong electro-
magnetic fields, etc.
Any use other than the one described above damages the
product. Moreover, this involves dangers, such as e. g.
short circuits, burns, electric shock, etc. No part of the
product may be modified or rebuilt!
