With this measuring device, you have purchased a product built to the latest state of the art and
operationally safe.
Nevertheless, problems or errors may occur.
for this reason, the following is a description of how you can easily remove possible malfunc-
tions yourself:
Always observe the safety information!
Error
The measuring device does
not work.
No measured value change.
Repairs other than those described above should only be carried out by an authorised
specialist. If you have any questions about handling the meter, proceed to page 32
where you will find the section with the full Service hotline.

Possible cause
Are the batteries dead?
Is a wrong measuring function
active?
Were the wrong measuring
sockets used?
Is the Hold function activated
(display "HOLD")?
Remedy
Check the status.work. Battery
change.
Check the display and switch the
function if required.
Check the measuring inputs.
Push the button "HOLD" to
deactivate this function.
