Unscrew the Luer Lock rings on the Luer fittings (1) on the tube inter-
t
face block and twist and pull on the fittings to disengage the fittings
from the tube interface block.
Make sure to hold on to the Luer fittings when doing so and not the
t
compression fittings (2).
Once all 3 Luer fittings are disengaged, remove the tubeset and store for
t
the next use.
If using a filter guide, remove it from the top filter clamp.

Detach the tube interface block from the holder and unhook the holder
t
from the adapter.
Optional: Tilt the holder slightly to ensure the 2 prongs at the bottom
t
clear either side of the handle of the filter holder.
Pull the handle (2) forward.

Remove the adapter (1) from the Ambr
t

Store the adapter, holder and filter guide in the stand (1) provided in
t
between filtration processes.
