4. Loosen the plastic butterfly nut
5. If you press strongly on the plastic butterfly nut
4 , a gap exceeding 0mm appears, the tensioner draw bar
6. Loosen the counternut
7. Slide the tensioner draw bar
8. Press by hand on the plastic butterfly nut
9. Remove the collar nut
10. Insert the tensioner draw bar
13 mm .
11. Tighten the counternut
12. Check whether the tensioner draw bar
not move freely! Adjust accordingly.

2.5.5 V-Belt Change

Replace the V-belt with a new one
sufficiently by the operation that it can no longer be tensioned with its tensioning pulley.

If you are not sufficiently manually skilled, have the operations done by an authorized service centre.

2. Remove the plastic belt cover - six M6x16 screws (see chap.2.4.1.2 Machine Assembly Procedure on page 9)- 2x wrenches
or a wrench and socket 10 mm .

3. Remove the two M6 collar nuts

5. Remove the V-belt
6. Install the belt guide plate
7. Turn the guide 5 back and firmly tighten the nut

wrenches or a wrench and socket 10 mm .
