Since the beginning of the production of the S-VHS sets a hardware handshake line for the RS232 interface
has been added to the motherboard with layout 4. In layout 5 this add on is fully integrated.

Mit Beginn der Produktion der S-VHS-Gerate wurde eine Hardware-Handshake-Leitung fiir die RS232-
Schnittstelle in das Motherboard mit Layout 4 zugefiigt. Im Layout 5 ist diese Modifixation voll integriert.
