Remove the air outlet grill
screwing the right-hand retaining screw
By pushing the grill to the left, it can be
removed from the mountings via the key-
holes. Remove the air inlet grill
unscrewing the transport lock
right) with one complete turn. Push the
grill to the right and pull it out from the
bottom. Remove the front panel by
removing the bottom retaining screws.
Then swing the front panel with the inner
heat-insulating panel (Microthern) out-
wards, and remove it (fig. 10).
The hard-coated insulating panel, which
can now be seen, must be removed
carefully (one or two pieces, depending on
the type of appliance involved). Remove
the fittings and cardboard inserts from the
inside, which must be free from all foreign
bodies. Remove any remaining packing or
similar materials. Remove the right-hand
side panel 1 by unscrewing the bottom
retaining screw (fig 10).

Swivel the side panel out. Feed the

connecting cables into the storage heater
(fig. 7).
Situate the storage heater in its final
position. To secure the heater against tilting
or toppling over, perform the steps
described under 2.2.3, Securing.

insulation panel. The brick's heater
indentations should be facing upwards and
the broad channel (dimension: 51 mm) to
the right (figs. 11 and 12). Then push it
against the right-hand side and rear
insulating panels. Continue with remaining
bricks in same manner. All thermal bricks
are to be positioned in perfect alignment,
so that the elongated holes in the base
panel are absolutely open. This is because
the holes in the thermal bricks and the
base plate form the heating ducts.

Retirar la rejilla de aire
únicamente hay que soltar el tornillo de
fijación derecho. Desplazando la rejilla

hacia la izquierda puede desmontare sobre

los taladros de los puntos de fijación.
Desmontar la rejilla de entrada de aire
para ello aflojar una vuelta los tornillos de
fijación (a derecha e izquierda). Presionar
la rejilla hacia la derecha y hacerla bascular
hacia abajo para sacarla (fig. 10).
Quitar la pared delantera, para lo cual hay
que desatornillar los tornillos de fijación de
la parte inferior.
Bascular hacia delante la pared delantera
con la plancha aislante calorífuga fijada in-
teriormente a ella (Microtherm) y retirarla
del aparato (fig. 10).
Sacar los accesorios, los suplementos de
cartón de la parte interior.
Quitar la pared lateral derecha, para ello
quitar el tornillo de fijación en la parte
inferior. Instalar el acumulador de calor en
su emplazamiento definitivo.
Montaje de los ladrillos de núcleo

Levantar ligeramente la resistencia eléctricia.
Colocar el primer ladrillo de núcleo por
debajo de la resistencia, con la concavidad
para la resistencia hacia arriba (el dado cur-
vo con la medida 51 mm mira hacia la
derecha) a alguna distancia de la plancha de

aislamiento térmico derecha (ver fig. 11 y
12) desplazarlo por debajo de la plancha
aislante hasta llegar al aislamiento térmico
posterior. Emplazar los ladrillos restantes
siguiendo el mismo procedimiento. Los
ladrillos de núcleo deben colocarse de tal
modo que, los orificios longitudinales de las
planchas de aislamiento térmico inferiores
no queden cubiertas, ni siquiera parcial-
mente. Los huecos lonngitudinales en los
ladrillos de núcleo y en las planchas de ais-
lamiento térmico inferiores forman los
canales del aire caliente.
Colocar ahora los ladrillos de cubierta con
la flecha indicando hacia delante o hacia

Démonter la grille de sortie d'air
ce faire, desserrer uniquement la vis de

droite, puis glisser la grille vers la gauche et
la retirer à travers les perçages oblongs.
Démonter la grille d'aspiration d'air
Pour ce faire, dévisser d'un tour les 2
vis de fixation (à droite et à gauche).

Pousser la grille vers la droite et la retirer
vers le bas (fig 10).
Démonter le panneau frontal en retirant
les 2 vis du bas, le faire basculer vers l'avant
et le retirer (fig. 10 á droite).
Ensuite, retirer délicatement le panneau
isolant rigide (en 1 ou 2 parties selon le
type d'appareil).
Retirer les accessoires, supports en carton
de l'intérieur de l'appareil.
Cette partie doit être absolument propre
et exempte de tout résidu de carton ou
autre corps étranger.
Retirer la tôle d'habillage droite de manière
à accéder au compartiment de
raccordement et régulation en retirant au
préalable la vis de fixation inférieure
(fig. 10).
Introduire les câbles d'alimentation dans
l'appareil (fig. 7).
Placer l'appareil dans sa position définitive
et le fixer conformént au paragraphe
"2.2.3 Fixation".

Soulever légèrement les résistances et
placer la première brique avec les
évidements situés vers le haut sous les
résistances en respectant un certain
espace par rapport au panneau isolant
droit. Le talon de largeur = 51 mm est à
positionner à droite. (voir fig. 11 et 12)
Glisser maintenant la brique contre le
panneau isolant droit et la paroi arrière.
Disposer les autres briques de la même
façon.
Les trous oblongs dans les briques et dans
le bloc isolant forment les canaux de
circulation d'air.
De ce fait, toutes les briques ne doivent
présenter aucun déport par rapport aux
trous oblongs du socle isolant.
Poser les briques de recouvrement avec la
flèche dirigée vers l'arrière ou l'avant.
