For this purpose, contactors, fuses,
automatic cut-outs can be used. A
connection to an NYM-wire is possible.
The number of supply lines and leads, as
well as the cross-sections of these leads,
depends on the connected load of the
storage heater and the type of supply, as
well as special power-company regulations.
(In this regard, please check the circuit
diagrams, fig. 15, page 24; fig. 17, page 26; fig.
18, page 28 and fig. 19, page 30).
Cable Entry
Feed the connecting cables for charging,
discharging, thermostat, and charging
regulator into the space provided in the
storage heater. The feed-through holes for
the cables are to be found in the rear

panel of the appliance (see
2.2.3 Securing
To meet VDU stability demands, the
storage heater must be secured.
Wall Fastening
The storage heater is provided with two
wall mountings and accessories. First, these
are screwed into the wall-mounting of the
appliance (fig. 9). Then the storage heater is
fixed to the wall (according to Fig. 5, Table
4), thus preventing it from tipping forward.
Prior to this the wall should be checked
for its suitability for affixing wall mountings.
Should this not be possible (i. e., a glass
partition), or whenever an increased
stability is required, floor mountings are
better.
Floor Mounting
Floor mounting is performed by joining the
base of the appliance with its 4 mounting
holes of 8 mm diameter with the floor
(according to fig. 9, Table 3).
Depending on the characteristics of the
wall or floor, all fastening or mounting
procedures are to be performed using
appropriate fasteners.
2.2.4 Assembly, Connection
Please remove the appliance packing only,
when it is in final position for installation.
Do not overlook any accessories inside!
Inspect all thermal insulation ele-
ments for transport damage.
Replace them if necessary.
Please note the rating plate!
Nominated and supply voltages must be
identical.

ETS 10 S - 70 S
Depending on the load and nominal
charging time of the storage heater, stick
the appropriate labels (enclosed) on the
rating plate in the areas marked „Nominal
Consumption" and „Nominal Charging
Time" (i. e. 8h).

El número de conductores de entrada y de
los hilos de cables así como las secciones
de los conductores dependen del valor de
conexión del acumulador de calor y de la
forma de la conexión a la red, así como
también de las pertinentes disposiciones de
las empresas de suministro de energía eléc-

Introducción del cable
Las líneas de conexión para la carga y des-
carga, termostato de ambiente y el control
automático de carga pueden introducirse

2.2.3 Fijación
Para cumplir las exigencias de las normas
relativas a estabilidad de emplazamiento, el
acumulador tiene que sujetarse adecuada-
mente.
Fijación a la pared
Junto con el acumulador se suministran dos
soportes de fijación a la pared (ver fig. 5 y
9 y tab. 4), evitando de este modo que el
acumulador bascule hacia delante. La fija-
ción de los soportes a la pared debe efec-
tuarse con los medios necesarios ( p. ej.
ramplus y tornillos). Hay que asegurarse
previamente de que los tabiques son apro-
piados para esta sujeción. En caso de que
sea imposible efectuar la sujeción a la
pared, p. ej. si se trata de un tabique
acristalado, hay que aumentar la estabili-
dad de emplazamiento incrementando la
fijación al suelo.
Fijación al suelo
Todos los acumuladores llevan 4 traladros
de sujeción de 8 mm de diámetro dis-
puestos en la parte inferior del aparato
(ver fig. 9 y tab. 3). La fijación propiamente
dicha deberá efectuarse de acuerdo con las
características del lugar de emplazamiento.
2.2.4 Montaje, conexión
El embalaje del aparato no debe retirarse
hasta llegar al lugar de emplazamiento de-
finitivo.
Comprobar el aislamiento térmico
del aparato para detectar even-
tuales daños de transporte, y en caso
necesario procedera reemplazar el
aislamiento.
¡Tener en cuenta la placa de carac-
terísticas!
Solo en ETS 10 S – ETS 70 S
Según la potencia de conexión y la carga
nominal de los acumuladores deberán pe-
garse la etiquetas adhesivas que se sumi-
nistran con el aparato.

2.2.3 Fixation
Pour respecter les prescriptions des
normes en vigueur relatives à la stabilité,
les radiateurs doivent êtres fixés de façon
particulière.
Fixation au mur
L'appareil est livré d'usine avec 2 paires
d'équerres et d'accessoires. Avec cela,
l'appareil est fixé au mur, conformément à
la fig. 8 et au tab. 3, à l'emplacement
d'installation et ne peut plus ainsi basculer
vers l'avant.
Fixation au sol
Il y a lieu d'opter pour ce mode de fixation
dans le cas où une fixation murale n'est
pas possible, par ex. : paroi vitrée.
Chaque appareil est pourvu de 4 trous de
fixation Ø 8 dans le fond (fig. 9 et tab. 3).
En cas d'utilisation d'une plaque sous
l'appareil, il convient de réaliser les
perçages correspondants.
2.2.4 Montage et raccordement
Contrôler l'absence de dommages
de transport sur l'isolation ther-
mique, le cas échéant la remplacer.
Respecter les indications de la
plaque signalétique!
La tension du réseau doit correspondre à
celle préconisée.

Selon la puissance raccordée et la durée
de la charge (par ex. 8 h) coller l'étiquette
correspondante (fournie avec l'appareil)
dans le cadre prévu sur la plaque
signalétique.
