Start Tipp dress:
Via the input „Individual Tip Change" a change of the electrode is possible
anytime, it means also outside of a prewarning or end of stepper is possible,
independent of the electrode status.
If the start tip dress for the according electrode is activ the control sets the output
"GunX_ Tip Dress Request" continuously after successful tip change procedure.
The according electrode has to be tip-dressed with the next schedule. The tip
dress procedure is following the normal tip dress routine.
After successful start tip dress the tip dress counter is increased and the output
"GunX_ Tip Dress Request" is reset. Now the tip dress counter is at "1" and the
wear counter is at "0" in the control.
The electrode assignment are as follows:
• Program 1/2/3 & 4 are assigned to electrode No 1
• Program 5/6/7 & 8 are assigned to electrode No 2.
