Step 8 - OPTIONAL - Attaching the dip / push-up station to the upper vertical frame
1. Attach the connection frame (# 12) to the dip frame (# 11) and secure it with 4 M8 * 20 Allen
screws (# 46), 8 Ø8 screws (# 53), 4 Ø8 spring screws (# 57), 4 M8 aircraft nuts (# 61) and 4 cover
nuts (# 47).
2. Attach the dip frame to the upper frame (# 10) and set the desired height with the locking device (#
19) and locking pin (# 17).
