Dismantling/disposal

The disposal of the product, operating supplies and auxiliary materials is subject to statutory regulations in some cases.
Detailed information is available from the relevant local authority.
All aluminium and steel parts are fully recyclable.
Use a magnet to identify steel parts. Dispose of them separately.
Dispose of plastic parts in accordance with the local waste and recycling regulations.

Technical data
8.1. General information
The products are made to order. It is not possible to list the customer-specific technical data in this manual. The
documents included in the order contain all necessary technical data about the product.
The product is suitable for use in an industrial atmosphere with moderate pollution and low salinity as well as in
production halls with high humidity and moderate air pollution (equivalent to corrosion category C3).

The dismantling process must be performed in the reverse order of the assembly process.
The product must be dismantled by at least two qualified persons.
Cordon off ample space for the dismantling process.
Use lifting tackle as required to lift and lower the fully or partially assembled product. Attach the lifting
tackle properly to the body of the access steps or to the platform.
Always press down the brake lever on the swivel castors to prevent the platform from rolling away.
The surface on which it is assembled must be even, horizontal (1.5% or, with spindle adjustment, 3%) and of
sufficient load-bearing capacity. Use load-distributing pads if necessary.
Do not climb onto the product when dismantling it.
Hand in goods for disposal only at authorised facilities.
Substances classed as hazardous waste must be disposed of by approved specialist companies.
