11.10 Kontrolle / Check / Contrôle / Controle
Produkt nur zur Verwendung freigeben, wenn alle folgenden Fragen mit „JA" beantwortet werden können:
Wurden alle Teile des Lieferumfangs verbaut?
Steht das Produkt horizontal eben und auf ausreichend tragfähigem Boden?
Sind alle Geländer montiert und mit Verriegelungen gesichert?
Sitzen alle Schraubverbindungen fest bzw. wurden die vorgegebenen Drehmomente eingehalten?
Lässt sich die Plattform mit den Seilwinden problemlos anheben und absenken?
Sind alle Absteckbolzen zur Sicherung der Plattform auf einer Höhe eingesetzt und liegt die
Plattform auf allen Absteckbolzen auf?
Ist das Produkt in einwandfreiem Zustand?
Ist das Seil korrekt und drallfrei auf der Winde aufgewickelt?
Wurden die Anschläge in der richtigen Höhe (drei Stück je Seitenteil, Höhe gemäß Zeichnung)
angebracht?
Do not allow the product to be used unless all of the following questions can be answered with "YES":
Have all the parts in the scope of delivery been fitted?
Is the product level and horizontal and is it standing on a floor that has sufficient load-bearing
capacity?
Have all the guardrails been fitted and locked in place?
Have all screwed connections been tightened according to the torques specified?
Can the platform be raised and lowered easily using the rope winch?
Are all the support pins for the platform inserted at the same height and is the platform resting on
all the pins?
Is the product in good working condition?
Is the rope wound properly around the drum without any twisting?
Have the end stops (three per side element, at the height shown in the drawing) been fixed in
place?
Valider le produit pour l'utilisation uniquement si la réponse à toutes les questions ci-dessous est « oui » :
Toutes les pièces livrées ont-elles été montées ?
La surface d'appui est-elle horizontale, plane et suffisamment solide ?
Tous les garde-corps sont-ils montés et verrouillés ?
Tous les assemblages par vis sont-ils bien serrés, le cas échéant les couples de serrage ont-ils été
respectés ?
La plateforme peut-elle être aisément abaissée avec des treuils ?
Tous les axes débrochables destinés à sécuriser la plateforme sont-ils à la bonne hauteur et la
plateforme repose-t-elle sur tous les axes débrochables ?
Le produit est-il en parfait état ?
Le câble est-il enroulé correctement et non tordu ?
Les butées ont-elles été montées à la bonne hauteur (trois par plan latéral, hauteur conforme à
l'illustration) ?
