DANGER
Injury to persons and damage to property
Improper use of the product may lead to it toppling. This may result in damage to property, severe injury and even
death.
Never brace your full weight against the guardrails.
Do not exceed the maximum permissible load.
Do not exceed the maximum height.
Do not try to extend the working height by using ladders, boxes or other objects.
Always distribute loads evenly on the platform.
Do not deposit objects on the access steps.
Do not generate horizontal forces, e.g. by swaying back and forth.
Do not install any material hoists or the like on the product.
DANGER
Injury to persons and damage to property
The platform could topple if moved incorrectly. This may result in damage to property, severe injury and even
death.
Always push the product to its new location by hand. Never use towing trucks or forklifts to move it. Avoid
collisions.
Never move the product at more than walking speeds of up to 4 km/h.
Only move the product when it is set at its lowest position.
At least two people are needed to move the product safely.
Check that the route ahead is clear. Use a banksman to give directions.
Only move the product longitudinally or diagonally, on even, unobstructed surfaces of sufficient load-bearing
capacity, and apply the brakes immediately when it has reached its new position so that it cannot roll away.
Pay attention to any sloping areas.
It is prohibited to use the product to transport persons. No persons are allowed to be on the product when it
is being moved.
5.2. Functional check
Do not use the product unless all of the following questions can be answered with "YES".
Have all the parts in the scope of delivery been fitted?
Is the product level and horizontal and is it standing on a floor that has sufficient load-bearing capacity?
Have all the guardrails been fitted and locked in place?
Have all screwed connections been tightened according to the torques specified?
Can the platform be raised and lowered easily using the rope winch?
Are all the support pins for the platform inserted at the same height and is the platform resting on all the pins?
Is the product in good working condition?
Is the rope wound properly around the drum without any twisting?
Have the end stops (three per side element, at the height shown in the drawing) been fixed in place?
