Faltenbalg
einbauen
VORSICHT
Der Faltenbalg darf bei
der Montage nicht
beschädigt werden. Daher
den Faltenbalg nicht mit
einem Werkzeug spannen.
Zum Montieren Falten-
balg mit einem Papiertuch
oder einem Stück Leder
festhalten.
• Faltenbalg (15) mit
einem Papiertuch oder
einem Stück Leder
anfassen und auf die
Ventilstange (183) auf-
schrauben.
Ventileinsatz
einbauen
VORSICHT
Die Dichtmembran (D)
am Faltenbalg darf beim
Einbau nicht beschädigt
werden.
Für den Einbau des Ven-
tileinsatzes muss sich der
Antrieb in geöffneter Stel-
lung befinden: Sichtbar an
der Stellungsanzeige (S).
• Ventileinsatz vorsichtig
in das Gehäuse (391)
einsetzen, dabei muss
die Verdrehsicherung
mit den Nuten (N) des
Gehäuses (391) überein-
stimmen.
• Die Nutüberwurfmutter
(43) von Hand
anschrauben und mit
einem Hakenschlüssel
festziehen.
• Wenn benötigt, Nähe-
rungsinitiatoren montie-
ren und einstellen.

Fitting the
bellows
CAUTION
Take care not to damage
the bellows during assem-
bly. Therefore do not use a
tool to clamp the bellows.
Instead, hold the bellows
with a paper cloth or a
piece of leather during

assembly.
• Hold the bellows (15)
with a paper cloth or a
piece of leather and
screw it onto the valve
stem (183).

Fitting the
valve insert

CAUTION
The sealing diaphragm
(D) on the bellows must
not be damaged during
assembly work.
Make sure the actuator is
in the open position when
fitting the valve insert.
Visible on the position
indicator (S).
• Carefully insert the
valve insert in the hous-
ing (391), making sure
the anti-skewing device
is in line with the

grooves (N) in the hous-

ing (391).
• Screw on the slotted
groove nut (43) by hand

and tighten using a
hook wrench.
• If required, fit and
adjust the proximity
391
switches.
