Ventileinsatz
ausbauen
VORSICHT
Beim Lösen der Nutüber-
wurfmutter (43) des geöff-
ten Ventiles besteht, durch
die freigesetzte Federvor-
spannung, Gefahr der
Beschädigung des Rund-
gewindes.
Daher ist, je nach Art des
Antriebes, durch Be- oder
Entlüften die Federvor-
spannung aufzuheben.
Vor dem Lösen der Nut-
überwurfmutter (43) des-
halb Ventil ca. 3 mm öff-
nen.
VORSICHT
Beim Herausziehen des
Ventileinsatzes aus dem
Gehäuse (391) kann der
Faltenbalg (15) durch
Anschlagen ans Gehäuse
beschädigt werden.
Ventil einsatz deshalb vor-
sichtig aus dem Gehäuse
herausziehen.
Ventileinsatz nicht auf
dem Faltenbalg abstellen.
Um Beschädigungen zu
vermeiden, Faltenbalg
stets auf eine saubere und
weiche Unterlage ablegen.
Bei Version mit Rückmel-
dung
• Initiatoren demontieren.
• Nutüberwurfmutter
(43) mit einem Haken-
schlüssel lösen.
• Ventileinsatz vorsichtig
aus dem Gehäuse (391)
herausziehen.
Faltenbalg abbauen
• Ventil in Richtung „close" bewegen, bis der Faltenbalg
von der Laterne abhebt.
• Faltenbalg mit einem Papiertuch oder einem Stück
Leder von der Ventilstange abschrauben.

Dismounting the bellows
• Move the valve in the "close" direction until the bel-
lows lifts off from the lantern.
• Use a paper wiper or a piece of leather to unscrew the
bellows from the valve stem.

Dismount the
valve insert
CAUTION
When detaching the slot-
ted union nut (43) from
the opened valve, there is
a danger that the round
thread is damaged.
The spring tension must
therefore be released
beforehand, either by
pressurizing or depressur-
izing, depending on the
actuator type.
Therefore, prior to remov -
ing the slotted union nut
(43), open valve app.
3 mm.
CAUTION
When withdrawing the
valve insert from the
housing (391), take care
that the bellows (15) does
not hit the housing, other-
wise it will be damaged.
Therefore always draw
the valve insert very care-
fully out of the housing.
Never place the valve
insert on the bellows. To
avoid damage, always use
a clean and soft pad for
depositing the bellows.
On version with feedback
• Remove the proximity
switches.
• Release the slotted uni-
tion nut (43) using a
hook wrench.
• Carefully withdraw the
valve insert from the
housing (391).
